This is a confidential text messaging service for parents and carers across Nottinghamshire - Text Parentline on 07520 619919
Parents and carers can contact the text messaging service for advice from Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm excluding bank holidays. Messages sent to the dedicated number are delivered to a secure website, and responded to by the Healthy Family Team.
The texting service is an easy way for parent and carers of children aged 0 – 19 years to confidentially ask for help about a range of issues, such as:
- feeding and nutrition
- child development
- parenting advice and support
- emotional health and wellbeing
- behaviour difficulties
- family health

Healthy Start Scheme from the NHS What is Healthy Start? If you’re pregnant or have children under the age of 4 you can get free vouchers or payments every 4 weeks to spend on: cow’s milk fresh, frozen or tinned fruit and vegetables infant formula milk fresh, dried, and tinned pulses You can also get free Healthy Start vitamins.
