As an Early Career Teacher, you would be joining a school with an impeccable track record of supporting teachers to pass their two-year induction, whilst receiving ongoing high-quality evidence-informed CPD.

We are looking for a positive, happy and dynamic teacher who can inspire and motivate our pupils to maximise their love of learning. You will be part of a friendly, collaborative and hard-working team of staff who strive to support each other and deliver high-quality teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will have a great understanding of what effective teaching and learning looks like and will add to the energy and atmosphere at school. They will embrace challenges, have a great sense of humour and will appreciate the important part that everyone must play, in making their school a happy and successful place to be.

  • Be able to demonstrate that they are excelling in their teacher training with exceptional placement experiences;
  • Be a reflective practitioner, unafraid to grow, develop and share their insights;
